Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Estimated Delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email sebaje@sebaje.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of damaged item(s)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Standard: Free for orders $120.00 and up
Refunds & Returns
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect to what you ordered
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once your claim has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities
As every individual's skin is unique, Sebajé cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.
We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing and performing a patch test prior to full application.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for reactions resulting from known sensitivities, allergies, or failure to follow the directions for use, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
